Billing Questions

For services rendered before March 1, 2025 bills will be processed through PBS Billing. Bills can be paid using the link on our Pay Online tab.

We have transitioned to MSN billing as of March 1, 2025.

Both companies use Chart Swap for billing records request. If you have further questions, you can email rachel@cradiology.com.

Need Images?

Corvallis Radiology does not have access to the diagnostic images that they professionally interpret. You will need to call the facility where you had your exam (phone numbers listed below) and ask for the diagnostic imaging’s medical records department.
